Professional Silk-screen and Lithographic CD/DVD Print

For quantities above 500 units, wewow provide two professional print solutions; silk-screen and lithographic print.  There is no difference in cost between silk-screen and lithographic print for CDs and DVDs so you have the flexibility to choose the best print option for your artwork.  This ensures that the best possible print results are achieved as some designs will print better with one type of print rather than another.  Of course, our expert design team are always on hand to offer guidance as to the best print option for your artwork. 

Silk-screen print is ideal for producing solid colour and text and allows specific pantone colours to be matched perfectly. Our bespoke print service allows you to get creative with metallic and fluorescent pantones, selective white bases and partial & full matt finishes.

Lithographic print is perfect for photographic images due to the high-definition picture quality it produces.  Bespoke print options    include gloss varnishes (litho print naturally produces a matt finish) and 6 colour lithographic print which allows 1 pantone colour to be added to the artwork.

Short run CD/DVD duplication and printing

wewow's top of the range inkjet printers are used to produce professional print results on short-run CD and DVD duplication orders.  We use premium quality inkjet-printable discs for CD/DVD duplication orders below 500 units and silver-based discs and water-resistant discs are also available upon request.

Print only service

wewow’s print only CDs and DVDs are a flexible solution for clients who wish to burn data onto their discs themselves.  Print-only discs are ideal if you require branded CDs/DVDs which can be burned with specific data as and when they are needed.

• Artwork Template and Guidelines
  Our artwork templates and guidelines have been designed to make designing artwork for replicated CDs, DVDs and packaging as easy as 1, 2, 3.
  These handy documents can be downloaded from our website or emailed to you by a member of our customer service team, who will also be happy to talk you through the guidelines should you get stuck.
  
  Artwork templates do vary from supplier to supplier so please check your artwork against our templates.
  
  Artwork can be sent to us by email, ftp or uploaded through our website.  We accept the following file types; .pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd, .jpeg, .tiff

• Pre-flight artwork checking
  We pride ourselves on producing high-quality professional print results so nothing is left to chance.  Our experienced reprographics team will check your artwork thoroughly to ensure that it is print ready and problem free.  If we spot any technical problems we’ll work with you to make sure your artwork is spot on before we go to print.
   
• PDF Approval - Digital Proofs
  Having checked that your artwork is technically perfect our repro team will set your artwork up for print and send to you a Final Low Resolution PDF proof for your approval.  This gives you a final opportunity to check the layout of your artwork and ensure that your happy with how the artwork is going to print.
  
  Sometimes its important for clients to look at calibrated proofs or wet proofs in order to ensure that they are happy with how the artwork looks on the disc or to make sure that the printed colour looks just right.  We are happy to produce physical proofs but please note that there is a standard charges for printer set-up.
